Osteria O.livia is an Italian haute cuisine restaurant located in the heart of Piantini, Santo Domingo, offering a sophisticated and authentic culinary experience. It is O.livia's sister restaurant, defined by its owners as the "Sofia Loren in front of Audrey Hepburn", evoking the beauty and good food of Italy.

The place is distinguished by its proposal of classic and modern European cuisine, with a focus on simple but high quality ingredients.Its menu includes pasta with wild boar and lamb ragout, pici all 'aglione, marinated anchovies, steak alla fiorentina, and gallinita alla francesco.
