Aredna • Bar Mediterráneo is a restaurant located in the heart of Madrid’s Malasaña neighborhood, offering a culinary experience inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean with touches of Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant, which opened its doors in late 2024, has evolved from a more traditional Lebanese cuisine toward a broader Mediterranean vision under the direction of chef Israel Ferrón Rivas.

Aredna’s menu features dishes designed for sharing, with a variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts that blend calculated risk with comfort. Standout options include hummus with chistorra sausage and Basque piparra peppers, roasted eggplant with tahini and miso, and Aredna-style kibbeh steak tartare, all reflecting this fusion of influences.

Aredna’s atmosphere is warm and intimate, with an interior design that transports you to the Mediterranean, featuring sand and earth tones, wood, and raffia.
