About Cañadío
This restaurant is FAMOUS for its POTATO TORTILLA🔥🔥. It is called Cañadío , it is in Santander📍 (Cantabria) and they prepare the Potato Tortilla with Onion 🧅.A few months ago it was awarded in the 🏆 Spanish championship as the best Potato Tortilla in Spain and I have approached Cañadío Santander if it is really that good or it is just fame🤔...
Restaurant atmosphere🍽️: The property features a retro yet stylish and inviting interior☺️, with a tortilla-filled bar area and dining area offering a mix of casual and classic dining experiences.
Very interesting variety of dishes, highlighting the cbread 🥖, appetizers such as green olive salmorejo 🫒 and mussel cream.
The famous award-winning tortilla (€14.00) stands out for its technical perfection👨🍳, although I found it a little salty 🧂 and the onion slightly present🧅.Despite this, I would definitely recommend the Cañadío potato omelette
