1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Seetymap (web or app) you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Seetymap lets you explore recommendation maps linked to creator content and, if you are an approved creator, publish places and links. The service is provided “as is” and may evolve, pause, or be limited for maintenance or security.

3. Accounts and roles

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Signup is as Explorer. Creator requires application and approval. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, abuse, or security risk, with reasonable notice when possible.

4. User content

You retain rights in your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on Seetymap to operate the service. Do not post illegal, misleading, offensive, infringing, or spam content. We may moderate or remove content that violates these rules.

5. Physical places and risk

Seetymap is an information directory. We do not guarantee accuracy of hours, prices, availability, or the safety of listed places. You visit any place at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seetymap is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

Unless mandatory law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by Spanish law and Spanish courts, without prejudice to consumer venues. Contact: info@seetymap.com.
