I have come with my influential friend Juan de Pausa y Plato to discover what these pinchos are like in Valladolid and if we can recommend them to you... Gastronomic proposal Specializing in tapas and creative pinchos, Los Zagales is distinguished by original dishes such as the famous Obama in the White House, available for €3.95 in bar and €4.35 in table.They also offer Tigretostón, Puro de Sardina or tapas with a modern technique and winning creations in the Valladolid National Tapas Competition. The restaurant's menu includes spoon options, meat, rice of the day and desserts from €24.95 on weekdays (€28.95 on Saturdays and holidays), all well-structured and designed for sharing.
