About Costelo
Costelo is a gourmet tapas restaurant in Bilbao that blends traditional cuisine with innovative touches, offering a unique culinary experience in a modern and welcoming atmosphere. Located at 6 Iparraguirre Street, in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods and just a few meters from the Guggenheim Museum, it has established itself as the ideal place to enjoy authentic flavors.
Costelo’s menu is designed for sharing, featuring tapas made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Among its specialties are bluefin tuna tartare with yuzu dressing, Iberian pork cheek bao, grilled octopus with truffled potato parmentier, and Iberian ham croquettes. Additionally, from Monday through Friday, they offer a balanced and flavorful daily special.
The restaurant also features a carefully curated selection of cocktails, ranging from classics like the Negroni to a refreshing Moscow Mule, designed to enhance the flavors of the menu.
We tried their daily special, and it was a fantastic choice! Affordable, simple, and perfect for a quick but satisfying meal.
Tips
We recommend trying the creamy croquettes, the steak tartare brioche, and the truffle potato omelet.
