Compartir Barcelona

The chefs at Disfrutar Barcelona (currently ranked as the second-best restaurant in the world and the best in Spain, ahead of Diverxo and Etxebarri) have a restaurant in Barcelona called Compartir. This restaurant offers a signature dining experience featuring dishes that have made history at Disfrutar, such as its acclaimed “Panchino”: a bun filled with caviar and sour cream.

Unlike its older sibling, “Compartir” is more accessible in terms of reservations and prices, offering a high-quality culinary experience at a lower cost. The restaurant has a formal atmosphere with a simple yet elegant design, featuring wooden and marble tables and an open kitchen. The decor is warm and inviting. The total bill for a full meal was 209.65 euros, a price I consider reasonable given the level of the dining experience, although it doesn’t quite reach the haute cuisine standards of its older sibling.
