Tips
To optimize your visit to Resolis, consider the following:
Although Resolis is not widely known for having a secret menu, she asks for the day's suggestions or off-menu dishes. Often, Catalan restaurants offer seasonal specialties that aren't always advertised, allowing you to discover authentic and fresh flavors.
Since it is a small venue, arriving early, especially during the weekend, is essential to avoid long waits.Try going to lunch before 13:30 or dinner before 21:00.
If you have the chance, try to get a table near the window or on the terrace (if they have one), to enjoy the atmosphere of the Ciutat Vella neighbourhood while you eat.
