Comprehensive Privacy Policy & Liability Waiver
Last Updated: February 1, 2026
1. Introduction, Scope, and Express Consent
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, processing, transfer, and disclosure of information by Seetymap ('we', 'our', 'the Platform', or 'the Company'). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using our services in any manner, you unreservedly acknowledge, accept, and provide your express and informed consent to the practices described in this extensive document. This policy is meticulously designed to exempt Seetymap from any liability derived from data handling, to the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law in any jurisdiction worldwide. You understand and agree that your use of the platform is at your sole risk and absolute discretion. We reserve the sovereign and absolute right to modify, amend, update, expand, or reduce this policy at any time without personal notice; it is your sole and non-transferable responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of changes. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of such changes. This policy applies to all users, visitors, members, and any entity interacting with our services, regardless of their geographic location, nationality, or place of residence. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INVOKE PRIVACY LAWS OF FOREIGN JURISDICTIONS THAT MAY CONFLICT WITH SEETYMAP POLICIES ESTABLISHED IN ITS HOME JURISDICTION.
2. Exhaustive Data Collection & Warranty Waiver
We collect a wide range of information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to: registration data (name, email, alias, encrypted passwords), profile information, user-generated content, comments, reviews, photographs, file metadata (EXIF), and direct communications. Furthermore, we automatically collect massive technical information and behavioral data, such as: IP address, unique device identifiers (UDID, IMEI, MAC address), precise real-time geolocation data and location history, browser type, operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, and timestamps. We use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, and scripts to analyze trends and administer the site. Seetymap does NOT guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, the accuracy, integrity, veracity, or absolute security of the collected data and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for errors, omissions, losses, damages, corruption, or unauthorized access (hacks) to such information. You acknowledge that any data transmission over the Internet is inherently insecure and, therefore, you fully and permanently release Seetymap from any civil, criminal, or administrative liability related to interceptions, security breaches, or data leaks that are beyond our direct control, including failures in third-party hosting services (cloud providers).
3. Unrestricted Use of Information & Platform Powers
We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide the features of the platform. However, you grant us an unlimited license to use the collected data for big data analysis, AI algorithm training, user profiling, advertising segmentation, direct marketing, and any other commercial, operational, or research purpose that Seetymap deems relevant, without any obligation of notification or financial compensation towards you. Seetymap reserves the absolute, discretionary, and unilateral right to moderate, censor, alter, transcode, compress, or delete any data or content associated with your account if we consider, at our sole and exclusive discretion, that it violates our policies, commercial interests, or simply by executive decision, without this generating any right to compensation, appeal, or claim. You accept that your data may be processed and transferred to servers located in countries with different (and potentially less protective) data protection laws than those of your country of residence, and you explicitly consent to such cross-border transfer.
4. Third-Party Disclosure, International Transfers & Liability Limitation
We may share your information with service providers, business partners, affiliates, advertisers, and legal authorities as necessary or convenient for our interests. You expressly agree that Seetymap shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for the actions, omissions, negligence, or privacy policies of third parties with whom your data is shared or transferred. In the event of a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal data and user content will be transferred to the successor entity. You waive any prior notice or additional consent for such transfer and waive any claim derived from the management of your data by the new entity. Likewise, we will disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request (national or international), to protect the safety of any person, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect our rights or property.
5. Limitations on User Rights & Exemptions
Although you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under specific local laws, the exercise of these rights is strictly subject to the technical, operational, and legal limitations of the Global Seetymap platform. Seetymap shall not be responsible for the technical impossibility of recovering deleted data, for residual copies remaining in backups, or for reasonable delays in processing requests. The deletion of your account does not imply the immediate, complete, or permanent removal of the full digital footprint, audit logs, or previously shared content that has been indexed by search engines or archived by third parties outside our control. Seetymap reserves the right to retain certain data indefinitely for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business interest reasons, without any liability towards you. You waive any claim to a "Right to be Forgotten" that exceeds the standard technical capabilities of our deletion systems.
