General Terms of Service & Binding Legal Agreement

1. Irrevocable Acceptance, Jurisdiction & Total International Liability Waiver
BY ACCESSING AND USING SEETYMAP, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY AS A BINDING CONTRACT AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES OR LOSSES AGAINST SEETYMAP, ITS DIRECTORS, INVESTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES IN ANY COURT WORLDWIDE. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. You agree that Seetymap is a passive entity that does not give rise to specific or general personal jurisdiction over Seetymap in jurisdictions other than that of its principal headquarters. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO FILE OR PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS against Seetymap. Seetymap DOES NOT guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or harmful components. You assume TOTAL responsibility and risk for the use of the platform. In no event shall Seetymap be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits (lost revenue), data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
2. Strict User Conduct, Prohibitions & Unilateral Termination
Seetymap reserves the ABSOLUTE, DISCRETIONARY, AND IRREVOCABLE RIGHT to suspend, terminate, block (ban), or permanently delete your account, prohibit access to the platform (IP/Device blocking), and take aggressive legal and technical measures, at any time and for any reason (or for no reason at all), including mere suspicion of violation of these terms, without prior notice and without liability or compensation. It is strictly prohibited to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) use bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated means to access the Service; (c) interfere with site security; (d) attempt to circumvent any rate limits. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Seetymap harmless from any third-party claims derived from your conduct. We reserve the right to report any activity to international law enforcement authorities (Interpol, FBI, etc.) if we detect behaviors that may constitute a crime, surrendering all your information without a prior court order if local law permits.
3. Intellectual Property, Licenses & Waiver of Moral Rights
While you retain potential theoretical authorship of your content, by uploading it to Seetymap, you automatically grant a PERPETUAL, IRREVOCABLE, WORLDWIDE, NON-EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY-FREE, FULLY PAID, TRANSFERABLE, AND SUBLICENSABLE (through multiple tiers) LICENSE to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display such content in any media or format, known now or developed in the future. IMPORTANT: Seetymap RESERVES THE DISCRETIONARY RIGHT TO DELETE, HIDE, DEMONETIZE, OR MODIFY ANY COMMENT, REVIEW, PHOTO, OR TEXT POSTED BY USERS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT NEED FOR JUSTIFICATION ("SHADOWBANNING"). You waive any "moral rights" or authorship rights regarding content modified by us. We have no obligation to store your content and will not be responsible for its loss. All software, graphics, design, and code of 'Seetymap' are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by international copyright laws.
4. Liability Disclaimer for Physical Risks & Data Accuracy
Seetymap functions solely as an information directory. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY, QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR EXISTENCE OF THE PHYSICAL PLACES LISTED. You assume all risks associated with visiting any place found through the platform, including risks of physical injury, theft, illness, death, or property damage. You acknowledge and agree that Seetymap has the EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY to reclaim, modify, expropriate, or delete any username, alias, custom URL, or identifier on the platform for any reason (e.g., inactivity, trademark claims, restructuring), without compensation. You release Seetymap from liability for outdated information (schedules, prices, addresses) and for the permanent or temporary closure of listed businesses.
5. Global Indemnification Clause, Force Majeure & Governing Law
You agree to defend, fully indemnify, and hold Seetymap harmless against any claim, damage, obligation, loss, liability, cost, debt, and expense (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights. Seetymap shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure), including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the jurisdiction unilaterally chosen by Seetymap, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. Any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively through confidential and binding arbitration, and you waive the right to jury trials.
