La Media Cancha

La Media Cancha, in Oviedo: giant fusion cuisine dishes, a wide variety of ingredients and flavours. They have a burger with which they won the award for the best fusion burger in Spain.

Its proposal is Peruvian signature, signed by chef Omar Ponce, who reinterprets traditional dishes with contemporary technique. Highlights include the classic corvina ceviche, chicken chili and sautéed loin, as well as tiraditos, causes and garnishes with quinoa or cassava.There are also international nods such as chili pepper croquettes or chicharrón baths. The menu is completed with cocktails such as pisco sour and typical desserts such as torta de tres leches or limeño sigh.

The place has an elegant and quiet atmosphere, with sober decoration of dark wood and warm lighting, and professional and close attention. It is a benchmark of Peruvian cuisine in Asturias, with a balance between tradition, presentation and quality.
