Canalla Bistro

That's how I ended up in Chef Ricard Camarena's Canalla Bistro. I made the trip alone and fortunately I managed to book a space due to being a person, otherwise the wait would have been days. Canalla Bistro works very well, and proof of this is how crowded (without becoming overwhelming) I found its huge premises. The Concept reminds me a lot of Alberto Chicote's Yakitoro in content.

A nearby fusion kitchen for all types of audiences to share is the motto of the dinner. The prices are very varied and depending on the ingredients they will be around a range or others. Canalla Bistró is a place where for 20 you can dine comfortably and for 30-40 even better without falling into monotony. I personally chose a Tasting Menu that I highly recommend. It's only €29 and you'll taste 7 starters and 2 generous desserts in quantities to yourself.En Canalla Bistro he cenado muy bien con poco sacrificio económico.
