Llisa Negra

Some time ago I heard about the existence of Llisa Negra, a restaurant run by the well-known Chef Quique Dacosta where they said one of the best Cheesecakes on the peninsula was prepared. As a good lover of them, I had to go and find out how true it was; there was only one problem: The Restaurant was in Valencia. In Llisa Negra they work with 2 modalities, a menu and a tasting menu for €60.

The latter was my choice, since in my opinion it is the most suitable once you venture into a Restaurant for the first time: Tests of everything, you get an idea of his talent and if you like it and repeat you already know what to order directly from the menu. For €60 I tried 7 dishes and 1 dessert, quite a good amount. The Cheesecake: They had spoken kindness to me, all true.

The texture is of honorable registration, the flavor, too, with a notorious presence of Blue Cheese.La Tarta en sí diría que es un 30% dulce 70% queso. Excelente creación. En general, un sitio fácil de encontrar hueco para reservar donde repetiría por la buena relación calidad - precio. Local y cocina acompañan, solo falta corregir detalles del trato que harán de la experiencia mucho más satisfactoria.
