El Cuartelillo del Caimán

It's called El Cuartelillo del Caimán and it's in Zaragoza, together with my friend Rufo from @ detapasconrufo we have tried almost all its montaditos, the Croquetas and something else to tell you about how it is eaten in this mythical bar with hundreds of references to different state security bodies. Inaugurated in July 2017 by Luis Falcón , El Cuartelillo del Caimán is presented as a different gastronomic offer in the El Tubo area of Zaragoza.The premises are decorated with the collaboration of customers who have provided shields and emblems of the Civil Guard and other security forces, creating an authentic and thematic atmosphere.​

proposal The menu of El Cuartelillo del Cayman stands out for its "montaditos with authority" , with names that refer to different security bodies: Guardia Civil : a combination of peppers, tomatoes, fish and pickles.​ Legionnaire : Russian salad with goat roll.​ Moth : mussel and anchovy Secret : salmon, pickle and mustard.​ National : ham and tomato.​ Cayman : sardine and anchovy.Local and atmosphere The property has a large terrace to enjoy the atmosphere of the Tubo while tasting the tapas. The interior is decorated with shields and emblems of security forces, creating a thematic and distinctive atmosphere.
