This Basque Ciderhouse 🍾 near San Sebastian 📍has won the prize 🏆 for the best Txuleta 🇪🇦 in Spain at the San Sebastian Gastronomica championship.

The restaurant is called Saizar 🔥 and in addition to producing hundreds of thousands of litres of cider,🍾🍾 they have the classic Basque ciderhouse menu for around €40-50, which includes the Txistorra , Cod Omelette, Rape 🐟 and Chops🥩 that they prepare on the grill.Could this Chop have convinced me so much to consider it the best in Spain🤔? Here's my review of a lot of dishes 🙂

On my visit to the Basque cider house in Usúrbil📍, I tasted several typical dishes and highlights of the local cuisine😋.Among the dishes are chistorra , a tasty cod omelette, grilled monkfish accompanied by bakery potatoes🥔, and the star of the menu, grilled txuleta, known for its quality and preparation😁🔥.

The cider house allows you to personalise the menu and offers a variety of dishes and desserts🍰🍮, with cider included in the menu from January to May, and an atmosphere that reflects Basque culture and tradition.
