Gente Rara

It is very difficult to book at this restaurant. It has a Michelin Star, it's in Zaragoza and it's called Gente Rara. I waited a year to eat here because it's always full. Gente Rara is a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the Jesús district of Zaragoza and housed in a former mechanical workshop.

Chefs Cristian Palacio and Sofía Sanz pay homage to the Aragonese tradition by reinterpreting it through tasting menus such as Chalado and Lunatico.Both menus, with almost 30 passes, reveal familiar flavours from small meats such as rabbit and quail to desserts that evoke childhood nostalgia.

The restaurant's spaces are unique: it combines snack areas, the "Especioteca" and a dining room with an open kitchen, together with a winery that holds more than 500 items.
