Restaurant Raíz has burst onto the scene in Santiago de Compostela as one of the most stimulating openings for lovers of good food. A few months after opening, Chef Diego has shaped a very personal project that fuses the memories of his Castilian land with the Galician Atlantic product.It is an ideal gateway to discover the tasting menus without the rigidity and prohibitive costs of haute cuisine.

It has two formats: a short version of 11 passes for €60 and a long menu of 13 passes for €75, with a great value for money. The dishes do not fall into fireworks or avant-garde excesses: they seek the power of flavor, pampering in the bottoms and stews and respect for the raw material.The compositions are visually appealing, but the flavors are recognizable and will please even those who have never tried a menu of this style.
